Operations Manager

Join the team at Maritime Parc, a premier hospitality destination in Jersey City, NJ, as our next Operations Manager.

We’re looking for a results-driven professional passionate about hospitality, restaurant operations, and events to help lead and elevate our team. This role is key to ensuring operational excellence across our restaurant, event, and service experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support the management and operations teams, ensuring smooth coordination and accountability across departments.

- Develop and execute operational strategies to increase efficiency and uphold Maritime Parc’s commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

- Drive project execution by keeping initiatives on track, ensuring preparation, and following up on deliverables

- Manage human resources concerns, handling employee relations issues promptly and professionally.

- Implement and oversee cost control measures while identifying ongoing opportunities for cost-saving improvements.

- Audit, manage, and finalize payroll and related documentation in coordination with the Accounting team.

- Ensure maintenance issues are resolved quickly and that all restaurant and event spaces are operationally ready at all times.

Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
Prior supervisory or management experience (hospitality/restaurant/event background preferred)
Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality, food, beverage, and service
