Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager, you will help develop strategies for increasing a restaurant’s operational efficiency.

 Responsible for

  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring the management and operations teams

  • Driving initiatives forward with all parties arriving prepared with all follow-up tasks achieved

  • Continuously managing and reporting any HR issues, cases, or concerns in a timely manner, ensuring all procedures are properly followed. 

  • Ensuring cost controls in place and continuing to find and implement additional cost control opportunities with your teams.

  • Overseeing, auditing, finalized payroll and supporting documentation to the Accounting team 

  • Overseeing all restaurant maintenance and follow-up with the issues, and ensuring any location is ready to operate without issues.


  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience

We're seeking an experienced busser, with a friendly demeanor, agility and ability to stay on their feet for long periods and our shared dedication to exceptional hospitality and teamwork to join our family immediately.


  • Prepares dining room for patrons by setting tables and stocking all necessary supplies prior to the beginning of service

  • Maintains table settings by removing finished courses and replenishing utensils as necessary

  • Refilling water glasses

  • Supports wait staff by assisting them with delivery of food and retrieval of any supplies they may require

  • Maintains a clean and sanitary bussing station

Event Coordinator

Seeking an event coordinator to assist in the planning and execution of all private events ranging from formal dinners, large corporate retreats/conferences to weddings and other celebratory engagements. In this role, your attention to detail and passion for excellence will ensure that the client experience is seamless and all internal planning and communications are concise and effective.

This position requires an individual with experience in hospitality, exhibits a passion for their job and finds no detail too small to sweat.

Job Responsibilities include

  • Plan and organize events in accordance with financial and time restraints

  • Plan and communicate all client needs with BOH and third-party vendors

  • Meet with clients and coordinate with them regularly

  • Negotiate with vendors as necessary

  • Handle, coordinate and oversee all event operations

  • Track the overall event expenses incurred internally

  • Carefully supervise event preparation activities

  • Offer solutions to resolve problems in a timely manner

  • Analyze and evaluate event results, presenting key learnings to be applied to future events 

  • Post-event client follow up

Sous Chef

The entire Culinary team must understand and implement the standards and spirit of Chef Chris Siversen and follow the directives of Kitchen Management. All Cooks are responsible for delivering the highest quality food and service at all times. Cooks are responsible for daily operational procedures and are responsible for food production and plating in accordance with company specs and timing standards. Cooks are responsible for following Chef Siversen’s recipes at all times.

Duties and Supporting Responsibilities

  • To provide food as dictated by the menu, guests or management in a clean, safe and timely manner. Keep a clean work area and a positive attitude, helping out wherever necessary to deliver a product that will exceed our guest’s expectations.

  • The ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English.

  • The ability to follow directions and maintain good working relationships with supervisors and managers.

  • The ability to follow proper payroll and uniform procedures.

  • The ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and properly in the kitchen.

  • The ability to utilize the computer system and to read all orders.

  • The ability to prepare and present on a timely basis all foods for meal service.

  • The ability to handle all types of food and rotate it according to established procedure.

  • The ability to work closely with standard recipes and plate presentation in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.

  • The ability to work standing for up to ten hours in a kitchen environment.

  • The ability to ensure a clean, neat and organized work area.

  • The ability to work flexible hours.

  • The ability to cook a wide variety of foods in all modern and classical cooking techniques.

  • The ability to work with cutlery in a proficient, safe and swift manner.

Education and Training

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Two-year degree or Apprenticeship

  • Up to Date Sanitation Classes

Experience, Skill & Physical Requirements

  • Minimum of one year in fine dining food preparation

  • Ability to stand and work in continuously in confined spaces for long periods of time

  • Possess sufficient dexterity to use all kitchen equipment

  • Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, push, and pull heavy equipment for long periods of time

  • Ability to perform all duties in extreme temperature ranges


We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional with a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn and grow to join our team as a Maitre ‘D. The ideal candidate will have a true passion for hosting and will help to create an environment where people not only have fun but feel relaxed, welcome, and connected. This individual should be able to comfortably engage in natural dialogue with guests and diffuse difficult situations, exhibit poise/confidence and the ability to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone, providing information and answering questions for callers, while focusing on etiquette and conveying a sense of calm.


  • A minimum 2 years of host experience at a fast-paced, reputable restaurant

  • Open availability to work afternoons/nights/weekends

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bartender to join our dining room team.

Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Perform all tasks required to open the bar and set up for service, including preparing garnishes and syrups

  • Prepare beverages for guests at the bar and in the dining room

  • Serve food to guests at the bar and in the dining room, as needed

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, create memorable guest experiences

  • Guide guests through any questions and make intentional recommendations

  • Anticipate guests' needs and create strong guest relationships; recognize regulars and industry leaders

  • Maintain current knowledge of all food and beverage menus

  • Assist in create seasonal cocktail lists

  • Assist with monthly liquor inventory

Requirements for Success:

We are looking for a skilled Waiter or Waitress to take orders and deliver food and beverages to our customers.

The right Waiter/Waitress uplifts the dining experience for customers. We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role. 

Waiter/Waitress responsibilities include greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties and collecting the bill. If you are able to perform well in fast-paced environments, we’d like to meet you. To be a successful Waiter or Waitress, you should be polite with our customers and make sure they enjoy their meals. You should also be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with our Kitchen Staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.

Catering Waiters

As our catering business evolves and expands we have a need to add to our on-call event staff. We are seeking energetic, positive, friendly, and engaging team players who are passionate about providing the highest level of service.

Interested candidates should have:

  • At least 1  year of experience as a Server in a high-profile hospitality environment.

  • Open availability.  Events are generally scheduled nights and weekends.

  • Strong work ethic and communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
